Hospitality Sports League

The middle school students joined a sports league with several other private and charter schools in the area this fall. It was great fun to watch them learn flag football under the guidance of Coach Andy, and they are now busily practicing basketball with Coach Nikki. The league was also the impetus for us to FINALLY get a logo and beautiful new t-shirts. The kids proudly wore them to compete in, and Coach Andy did his best Tom Landry imitation, always wearing a suit and coordinating orange tie to the games. This spring they'll play soccer, and since several of our kids have actually played that game before, maybe we'll even win!

Blog

Kelly Homolka, one of the founders and directors of the school, has started a blog called "My Window Overlooks the Playground" about issues in education. Go here to read it and become a follower if you are interested, and be sure to comment if you agree, disagree, or have questions you would like answered about the state of education in America today.

A Great School

This site has information and reviews about public and private schools, and our wonderful parents have given us some fantastic feedback about what our school means to them. It is also a great resource if you are trying to choose a school or are considering switching.
